Together you and your agent will get an understanding of your wants and needs for your home buying process and begin home searching. You go on a targeted shopping experience with your agent while you explore the market and build lifetime memories of your home buying process.
When you find the one, your agent will work to help you determine what offer to make on the home to be competitive in today's market, while saving you the most money possible. In most cases, you may not be the only buyer bidding for the house, so your agent will work with the listing agent, market comps, and neighborhood research to present an offer on your behalf that stands out.

Once the offer is accepted, your agent will open your escrow account and your earnest money will be due to the account within three days. Once the monies are paid and you are officially in escrow, your agent will help coordinate all inspections to ensure there are no hidden issues with your home. Your lender will then arrange an appraisal. We'll work together on your behalf as we go through the due diligence period & keep you well informed along the way!
Once the loan is complete and ready to go you will have a notary come to you and sign loan documents, You will then wire remaining funds to escrow and we will record the next day so you can move into your new home!
