  • Sorting through the offers received and reading through each page of the contract to ensure that you 100% understand the terms of sale;

  • Handling your counteroffers and working with the buyer’s agent to narrow down your terms;

  • Accepting an offer and managing any of the paperwork (and signatures) required in the transaction;

  • Paying the buyer’s agent their earned commission in the sale.

When you list your home for sale with Kelly Evans & Associates, you are responsible for:

  • Meeting with a listing agent to ensure that you fully understand the suggested listing price;

  • Reviewing our simplified offer report and going through an overview of the terms to counter or select the offer that works best for you;

  • Moving out of your home.
