My husband and I are first time home buyers and we are so thankful that Susan Ashouri, our realtor, came into our lives! Susan is actually the 2nd realtor we worked with since we did not gel with our 1st one. If I had advice to give, I would say if you are either looking for a realtor or are unhappy with the one you have, Susan is wonderful. Period. She is amazing at what she does. I have zero regrets about leaving our 1st realtor in the dust.

Now what makes Susan Ashouri so great? I am glad you asked! Susan is one of those people that make you feel better simply by being in her presence. She is super friendly, warm, and gives you the fuzzies. As first time home buyers, she explained the entire process of buying a house (which is very daunting but she breaks it down) and was always available for any questions. I am not sure how many clients she has but every time we were interested in a house, she would quickly book a viewing and happily showed it to us even though she was in Simi Valley and we were house hunting in Oxnard. She is great at communication and helped us get connected to the people we needed to talk to. Susan always listened to what we wanted and never pushed a property on us that we did not like. She never made us feel guilty for seeing another house, and another house, and another house...

Ultimately, Susan helped us get our 1st house in a "hot market" where houses are selling like tamales. We are still in disbelief that we are finally homeowners but that is largely in part to Susan. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. We are definitely team Susan and hope to work with her again in the future (the far future since houses are expensive and we are now broke). We love you Susan and are very thankful for you!
